Refund and Return Policy

I want to replace my product or I want to claim the refund for receiving a damaged/defective/wrong product, where can I find the procedure?

Please be guided by the Refund Policy below.

How to return the product?

In case you received a damaged/defective/wrong product, login to your account and click on return/refund tab. Your all recent shopping details will be displayed, thereafter go to the product you want to return and fill in a small questionnaire asking you to describe in brief about the damaged/defective/wrong product. 

Within next 24 hours you will hear from us whether your product would be returned/replaced or not. If yes, then you can send us the product within its original packaging and preserving all tags to us in no more than 14 days from the date we asked you to ship the product to us.
Within what time request for return can be placed?

You can place the request to return the product within 24 hours from the date you received the product.

What products cannot be replaced/returned?

Studio will not replace the following products:

(i)​ if product is not shipped to Studio within 14 days from the date Studio asked to ship it
(ii)​ product such as clothing, for hygiene reasons.
(iii) product with tempered tags and/or without tags.
(iv)​ if the product is damaged due to negligence on customer's part.
(v) product which is not purchased from our website.  
 

I bought a Studio's product from a website other than Studios' website, how can I return it?

Products bought from Studio's website can only be returned/replaced by the Studio. For products ordered from other website please see the refund policy of the respective website.

How to ship the product?

Studio provides you to two (2) options: (a) you can ship the product directly to the Studio at our address, which should reach the Studio in no more than 14 days from the date Studio asked you to ship the product; or (b) Studio can pick-up for the carrier, if you ask for a pick-up facility.

Who will bear the cost for shipping the product?

You (customers) will bear the cost of shipping the product.

I want to replace the product but my size/replacement is not available, will I get a refund?

You wish to replace the product but your size or replacement of the product is not available, in such case you may either choose the new product or we will refund the amount paid by you for the product. Please see below for  different options for taking refunds.

I could not ship the product within 14 days from the date Studio asked me to deliver the product, will Studio return the product? 

If product is not shipped within 14 days as stated above, we shall understand that you do not want replacement of the product. However, genuine problem will always be considered, solely at the discretion of Studio.

How to pack the product for shipping?

You must pack the product within its original packing along with the tags and bill.

When will I receive my replaced product?

Replacement product shall be delivered to you within 7 days from the date we receive your product.

What all options do I have to collect my refunds from the Studio?

You can choose any one from the following options:

(i)​ Redeemable credit: This will be added immediately in your account, which may be used for future shopping from the Studio; or
(ii)​ Coupon Code: This will be immediately provided to you via mail; or
(iii) Credit or debit card refunds: This will be sent to the card-issuing bank within  5 working days. 

Purchasing a product from the Studio is an international transaction for me, what shall be the effective price of the product for me?

We understand you are making an international transaction but all the prices shall be in Indian rupees only. The purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates, also your bank or credit card issuer may charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. It is advised here that you should contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
